Las Vegas traders

  1. Not that hard;
    I think it really depends on what interest rate you are looking for.

    I got a 7.25% last year, not that good,
    but didn't have to supply any income information either --
    just assests. I went through a mortgage broker, not a bank.

  2. I have a few queries regarding specific neighborhoods and other general LV-related topics which would best be dealt with in a couple of PM's. I therefore invite any Las Vegas-based trader, who is prepared to assist me by answering a few questions, to PM me.

  3. If you are action loving trader, LV has not much culture or anything else for that matter, it is all geared towards getting you into a casino and 'liberating' you from your cash. I used to play poker there and while I did good I loved the town (still do) but I would NEVER live there unless I have a serious business that I must be there for. with Trading you can be in the Cayman or in the Bahamas or any number of more desirable location.

    p.s. I rather live in florida than LV.

    pps too many 'normal' people I know moved there and lose everything in a bad patch.

    Seen it too. Anybody with a gambling addiction would never make it as a trader anyway. I know people who lose thousands on a weekly basis on those stupid slots. Go to work during the day then blow it all every night in the casinos. Boggles my mind since they're the most boring, inane devices ever created. Flash a few colors for 5 seconds then take your money. Wow, exciting!

    (then again, that doesn't sound much different than Realtick :D )

    :cool:

    P.S. Lemme guess, Mr Sub is trying to find the best strip clubs.

    Hi, NT.

    I've had a decent enough experience with Cox Cable's regular service for the past 4 years. It's not the greatest, but it's never been so bad that i went to the trouble of hooking up DSL either. :)

    By the way, I have satellite tv.... so no need for cable tv hook up.
