Dr. Handley is a guy who makes his money with his youtube channel. He doesn't actually trade, so does not know what real trading looks like. He's the last person in the world you should listen to regarding trading room advice. All his reviews are "opinions", not facts.
I do not trust any of his reviews, because he totally got it wrong on my mentor's room when he came into it, sat for a couple of hours over the course of 3 days, and dismissed it out of hand and came up with all sorts of reasons on why it was a scam. It simply wasn't. He is not an honest reviewer. So take every review he makes with a grain of salt. As for Williams? I don't know much about him. His site is ireallytrade.com I glanced at once and didn't care for it. And while he does have a lot of custom indicators, Cramer just likes to pick and choose the charts Williams posts that fits the narrative at the time. So I certainly cannot trust Williams either. Haven't done the DD on Williams, so cannot have a conviction on him either way. But Handley? The guy is not up-to-snuff. Just as analysts get it wrong many times, Handley gets his reviews wrong many times..
do tell us the name of your beloved mentor and let us judge for ourselves, less we take you with a grain of salt.
Roger Felton. He's dead, and his old site is gone. The Feltontrading.com site you see now, if it even still exists, is a totally different animal, taken over by a former student in South America. That guy turned it into a signal-trading system, which is exactly the opposite of what Roger taught..."Never try to duplicate someone else's trades. Make your own trades based on what you see the market does MOST of the time."
