    my guess would be 50% of book value.... so in the 10$ range..... long view institutions will often get interested at that point..... they would likely see it as buying farm land at 50% off....

    a brief 10 to 20% market correction might put it there.... pending limit buys can catch that 5 second crash.....

    momentum trading might be the best style of all.....

    but being a contrarian buyer of last resort can work also......h

    This stock requires no effort in calculating the true value as the company tells you at the end of every quarter what the "estimated NAV" is. End of Q1 of 2024 the NAV was 18.50.
    This is based upon appraisals but recent sales have been above appraisals so the 18.50 might be low.

    "Our estimated NAV per share increased by $1.38 from the prior-year quarter to $18.50 at March 31, 2024, primarily driven by a decrease in the fair value of certain preferred securities (due to increases in market interest rates)."
