    Hummer H2
    Model overview
    [IMG]

Body styles: 4-door SUV 4WD; crew cab 4WD
    Drive wheels: Permanent 4WD
    Trim lines: Base, SUT
    Engines: 6.0-liter V8 (325 hp)
    Transmissions: 4-speed automatic

Based on the previous-generation Chevrolet Tahoe, the H2 has much more usable interior space and seating room than the impractical and discontinued Hummer H1. The engine is General Motors' 6.0-liter V8. Fuel economy is not the H2's strength. The full-time four-wheel-drive system with locking center and rear differentials has exceptional off-road ability. Ride and handling are relatively good. With a short windshield, wide roof pillars, and a huge tailgate-mounted spare tire, the view out is wanting. The five-passenger SUT has a short pickup bed with a foldable partition.
