I recommend not getting too attached to ES, there's plenty of other futures instruments and securities to choose from that can represent better trading opportunities at any given point in time.
been forward testing this for a few days using Topstep ..so far surviving. So much easier when time is limited, I check in before closing using Teamviewer.
I watch how Candles A and B behave (30m) from there I draw my conclusion if it looks like it MAY be a trend day. Some do not become trend days, most do and I do not miss a trend day. No alerts. I watch from 9:00 to 9:30 CST everyday. If it sets up (rarely) I enter the trade with brackets. If it doesn't set up, I'm off to other things. Good luck.
