It is not general labor shortage, it is local phenomenon. Frustrated workers did not return after losing their jobs before the new year and there is sudden rush of new factory orders due to world economic gradual recovery.
A labour shortage would be very good news. China has been exporting deflation to the USA for the past 20-30 years. Maybe it can start exporting some inflation.
