He will claim lowering the unemployment rate and radical changes are required for further progress.

IOW: He will claim to rid the patient of a fever but omit the result is the patient assuming room temp.

 

For every job lost in the private sector Obama will create two high paying jobs in the public sector. Problem solved - Right?
