  1. Jack called his landmark paper on the "P,V boolean relation" Catch Up with Tomorrow’s Paper Today (adobe llamingos publishing). It worked about as well as Jack's other "teachings." :p

  2. How do you trade "pure price action" while at the same time promote kwikpop indicators??? Also, who are the great traders that relied on indicators......when did "we" establish that?

Already explained it.. look at the chart and tell me what lags.. you can't do it.. all your posts have fallen down on that point

As for indicators I don't even have to cite outside the Kwikpop room of a few years ago.. Jame would regularly knock up 30, 40K before lunch and Ghost was a machine.. Jack and Saul would trade 200 to 400 cars a pop and make your life wages in a month.. and most of the developers of indicators through out history were great traders that saw far more success than you ever will.. I'd have trouble citing a successful trader that doesn't at least use MA's

I'm sorry if this upsets your trading philosophy but you seem to think if something doesn't work for you then it's not "optimal".. when in fact trading is just as diverse as everything else in life and the more narrow mindedly you think the less chance of success.. cue the Clint link :p

  4. You have a static picture of a chart up with any old typical MA style sguiggly line that can be had with any basic $29 a month charting service. The fact remains, a REAL chart example would be "live" to see the tick-by-tick movements of price then followed by final indicator plots at the END of each candlestick.....your STATIC picture of a chart shows nothing of any value. Another fact, your static chart picture proves the indicator shown DOES NOT tell a trader when to enter the trade......that separate criteria is all discretionary and subject to user interpretation (what chart indicator settings used, the chart time frame selected, etc).

An actual pure indicator based trader would transition their system to go to ATS in no time....why not? If the actually real criteria to enter a trade are from the indicators directive, then build it out ATS and sit back and let your indicators bring in your easy millions! If the indicators are all that great, then go ATS and SHOW ME THE MONEY!!! Take those great indicator programming skills and those wondrous indicators and do the deed......this should be easy right??? NOT!!! :D

REAL indicator based ATS systems HAVE TO USE numerous FILTERS TO CORRECT for the lagging effect of the indicators. Indicators can be used to build a successful trade system if used in conjuction with PROPER filters (because indicators alone OFTEN LIE!). Heck, just ask Don Bright how often his "indicator" dependent traders have to tweek their systems trying to maintain some sort of an edge.

The bottom line....KP is an indicator based "reference" tool. KP is NOT a trade system filled with indicators any better than what many of the sharp traders here at ET could build themselves with basic charting.

  5. They use the MA (if they use one) as a "reference" and not a determination executor of trade entry.

BTW, did you see on CNBC the other morning all the PIT traders using their cool MA's??? :D

I bet you wish you had $29 right now so you could show me where it lags :p

Perhaps you came across one when you were looking for one of those services

Jack Broz was one of the most respected pit traders for decades and yes to this day I see him using MA's every single day

I'm sorry you can't accept that what didn't work for you may work for many other very successful traders.. such is life
