  1. Yes......already having a support/resistance level determined to buy/sell before price arrives. :)

Uh huh.. and you "wait" for that to unfold and it blows straight by you while you try to confirm if it is holding or breaking.. there is nothing new under the sun or every newby here would be a millionaire :p

Don't kid yourself.. from price to slippage to your internet connection to your synapses.. everything lags.. trade craft is what we do to manage that inherent lag

  3. Hey, "Commercials" buy/sell support/resistance zones all day long, because that is something they can actually confirm through their continual realtime order flow watch.

If Kwikpop was so exceptional every newbie here would be a millionaire! :p Kwikpop has a nice website, good videos, and some pretty indicators.......they just do not provide any significant "edge" imo.

Now can an already successful trader use the kwikpop tools to create mechanical criteria to confirm their entries/exits.....sure they can. But can the indicators given to an unsuccessful trader change their ability to be profitable.......not too sure on that one.

And they manage and deal with lag.. it's naive to think they don't.. nothing forms until after the fact so you are actually talking about levels of lag which price action and indicators all have varying degrees of.. your initial blanket statement is mouthed by every newby that thinks they have worked out the market but is yet to become a consistently profitable trader

The fact that some excellent traders found Kwikpop improved their game speaks for itself.. but every one of them to a man used it differently and tailored it to their own individual style.. that's why the sweeping statements that Kwikpop lags and doesn't work is uninformed and ignorant

  5. Any trader using kwikpop and having a measurable improvement in their "game", still has NOTHING to do with IF the indicators lag or not......THEY DO. :) To this point, all my comments about these typical lagging indicators are absolutely factual.....they lag, and that has to be understood by those who attempt to use them (cognizant of realities). BTW, I did not say kwikpop DOES NOT WORK....how would you even measure that realistically??? I said their indicators lag and "no thanks" that I would not find any use in them for myself.

One question......has in the last 90 to 180 days, kwikpop added any new indicator or combination of indicators? :D

As does everything else, it's a nothing point you make when the chart I posted shows Kwikpop triggering trades ahead of the floor traders method which is pure price action

Seems you are a big fan of indicators anyway :p

  7. WAS a big fan!

BTW, the chart you posted has price and one indicator (which could be created from any basic charting service)......the chart/indicator in no way tells when or how to enter the market. :)

One question......has in the last 90 to 180 days, kwikpop added any new indicator or combination of indicators?

Ahhhh yes it's ET's mantra.. indicators are evil.. I'm surprised there aren't more millionaires on ET now that the "secret" is out of the bag :p

Already explained it Christopher.. establish the trend (uptrend in that example) confirm with TSKP 2 MIN (Kwikpop's expert advisor that shows if there is any momentum behind the move by turning the candles/bars blue or red).. and trigger is price popping above TSKP AUTOSTOP (white line).. it's really just the floor traders method of buying on the pullbacks but Kwikpop gets you in faster.. hmm getting in before a pure price action method.. surely not

And you can't replicate Kwikpop's tools, you can get close but no where near as accurate

  9. They are not evil, they just have limitations and mean nothing without a "decided interpretation". If trading was as easy as...."go LONG when price moves above a squiggly line, go SHORT when price moves below the squiggly line"....the market would have been cornered a long long time ago!

But everything has limitations so once again your point is meaningless..

And it's not just a case of buying when price moves above a squiggly line, that is a deliberate over simplification of a process that must first be qualified by establishing the trend, momentum and pullback vs reversal.. Kwikpop helps establish those parameters for the trade and then offers an earlier more accurate trigger to initiate the trade than pure price action does.. I have no doubt I could trade the exact same method without Kwikpop.. but it just makes it easier.. and yes a little quicker.. so much for lag

Here's a small example.. In a strong uptrend I have seen Kwikpop keep the bars blue during the entire pullback.. this gives you enormous confidence when the trigger comes knowing that there is huge momentum to the upside even though price has been falling throughout the entire setup

I trade pure price action.. and the indicators I use enhance that style
