  1. ....and Kwik!!! :D

They should name their system "SquigglyLag" as ever successful trader knows price derived indicators alone are not the optimal play. :)

Kwikpop has always struggled for a methodology but Wayne has put together some great tools, you just need to pick what works for you and your trading style.. TSKP 2 MIN for instance is one of the best expert advisors in the world

There is no lag (as some of the uninformed have suggested) if you are using Kwikpop to highlight price action.. once you have determined you are in an uptrend you wait for price to POP above TSKP AUTOSTOP (white line) and confirm that TSKP 2 MIN (expert advisor) has turned the candles blue

A very simple little system for highlighting price action

I've actually seen more successful traders in the Kwikpop room than I've seen on all of ET.. Ghost was a superb trader (ex airline pilots always are).. Jame is still the best scalper I've ever seen, regularly made 20 to 40K before lunch.. and quite a few others were very savy traders that found the tools (if not the methodology) useful.

  4. Indicators can be a lagging guide for a GOOD trader and they can be a false prophet for a bad trader. :)

You'll have to point out to me what is lagging on this chart..

Kwikpop is just highlighting pure price action

  6. Watching any chart with typical indicators REALTIME will show the indicators lag. Price derived indicator lag is a well known fact of all T/A based traders.....this is not new information. When indicators have their computational "plots" set to CLOSE of bar/candlestick the lag can even get excessive.

In the end, indicators are NOT a methodology as they are just a visual guide. For those traders who can't read price/volume alone, indicators can help to visually reference what has taken place.

You say that as if there is something that does not lag.. even the time honored floor traders method (that doesn't use indicators) lags as they will wait for the swing high/low to be broken before initiating the trade.. in fact waiting for the price to "POP" above/below TSKP AUTOSTOP qualified by TSKP 2 min is actually faster than the floor traders method by a significant margin because it occurs long before their trigger.. just saying indicators lag is an ignorant buzz phrase that says nothing because even price action lags

  10. Indicators lagging is a factual statement.....period. Anything that has to final plot AFTER the price candlestick closes lags. Even a shorter time frame 2 minute candlestick, which an indicator is plotting from, will have to wait for that 2 minute period to elapse before the indicator can do the actual closed plot.....two minutes can be a long time at a key support or resistance level. :)
