Looks like with what we currently know, if your immune system is robust, there is little to worry about if you were to get sick. I am not worried at the moment about The Kung Flu and I suspect that markets will react positively soon with this information that the CDC has provided. The real good news on this is the exposure of the fact that China plays a much too extensive role in the drug ingredient supply chain. This must be corrected right away.

Folks, this deal is going to be over pretty soon. Very few cases in Australia----very few cases in South America----very few cases in Africa. This thing is seasonal and will die out soon.

One thing to remember is that as temperatures rise so does humidity which makes mucous membranes less dry and cracked. The virus loves to get in through cracks. We're done with this in short order.

So do they use mucous for fracking?

South Korea reporting a mortality rate of 0.5 percent with this coronavirus. As more is known, we are seeing a much less invasive virus and should then result in less of a concern.

Italy now reporting that the average age for mortality from the virus is 80 yrs old. They also report that the average age for contraction of the virus is 60.

S Korea’s numbers are probably more inline with the actual number, given a couple of variables. They are aggressively testing people, so they are grabbing and documenting those cases where the people have few if any symptoms - obviously this lowers the rate. Secondly they have a good medical system in place.

Here in the US, once we get our testing woes behind us, we should see something in line with S Korea.

What we do know is most people will not have a problem surviving this virus. However if you’re high risk, over 60, existing medical problems. You need to take extra preventive measures.

At this point, I believe even if the virus further spreads a great deal, that we are turning the corner on this thing and we are realizing that it is just not that big of a deal.
