I honestly don't understand what you are trying to say. I don't know how to simplify further what I am attempting. I am at the axioms! Are you saying that I am not smart enough to try to model the SPX to gain edge? Of course that could be true and very likely is! Doesn't mean I can't try? âIf at first, the idea is not absurd, then there is no hope for itâ - Albert Einstein
give ya some cheap advice by the time some clown gets his model in sync with what they boyz are doing, they have moved on. the model then flails its thin arms trying to trade a market that no longer exists. thus your ridiculous short entry
He is trying to tell you that your model is controlling you, while it should be the other way around.
My model is controlling me? My model is like my gas gauge to me in usefulness. It gives me information that I can continue to expect to press the accelerator, and expect to continue to propel the car with non-zero velocity. If the gauge reads zero, and the car still going, I know the gauge is broken. If it gives me reasonable reading as to how much gas is in the car, then I continue to use it. This model is nothing more than a gauge! I assure you, it is not Frankenstein! LMAO! I feel warm and fuzzy inside people are so worried about me, all these anonymous handles coming to my aid!
Alright, if you want to keep modeling at least reverse the entries!!! Since the model has been a consistent loser, why not just do the opposite what the model tells you??? You want to believe in your model or you want to make money? The 2 things are obviously mutually exclusive in your world.... Would you mind sharing with us how much this hobby costed you in the last 2 years in man hours and capital losses???
haven't been following the thread, you mean this is not the first suicidal trade he's made? cry for help?
trendlover, no, I have no feelings when trading the model. It is a number. If a, then b, else c. Zero subjectivity. Do I hold personal opinions, sure, but if I acted on those, it would be in a different account. Is there a bias since I seem to post shorts rather than longs? Well, the model wants to be short more often than not. What can I do?
every time we hit a major res,and they start to look like a nice correction is due ,benny comes in to support it,so it's not your model,it's market manipulation by the biggest trading acct out there, they plan to unload AIG in may,he needs to fool a lot of people between now and then to pull it off
