Thanks again, Nitro, for your posts. You have mentioned backers and that you may have to stop posting your values. I would think most backers are going to realize that it is to their advantage to take a position and then post the values, in effect front running everyone else. And of course you want to get out or reverse before everyone else, so you reverse and then notify everyone that you have done so. Isn't that how it has always been done? I guess what I am saying is that I don't understand why your backers wouldn't want you to continue posting. How would that benefit them?
YW. So, let me see if this is what you are suggesting I tell the backers. You want me to tell them, hey, let's post this on Elite Trader, where 99% of the traders trade 1 to 5 lots, and front run them? They would throw me out the door by the suspenders. In fact, if they agreed, _I_ would walk out on the spot. Besides, all of ET put together doesn't move ES by one handle a day. It is really important to have the highest ethics in a world that is morally bankrupt. Don't engage in this sort of thing. Find a way to make your money honestly.
I am pleased by your response. I have to say though that standard practice in the securities business is to do as I suggested. We have all become accustomed to it in fact. You have an uphill battle, but I applaud you for your ethical stance.
On July 14 S&P replaced MIL with ACE in the index. Do things like this affect NFV's value, even temporarily, or calculation at all?
