This weekend all the dads in my family went out for fathers day. We are discussing the intricacies of MM'ing. I am talking about MMs in particular, when my sister in law sisters college age daughter, who has been listening intently, decides to contribute by saying that it takes the body a football field length walk to burn off the calories from one M&M. This was the expression on our face around the table: Later I thought about it and that doesn't seem right. Too low an estimate.
she seems right if one believes this calculator: http://walking.about.com/library/cal/uccalc1.htm slower pace and lower weight give ~50 cal/mile 1 M&M - ~1gram of fat/sugar, maybe ~6cal does it mean that some of your assumptions that went into NFV calculations were wrong?
Sorry I was not able to post today. There is slight long edge here: NFV went out at 1106.25. SPX at 1095.31.
