Hey guys...check out the latest version of Ensign. They've added a function where you can "Playback" past charts. Like right now, I'm "re-trading" 08-14-02 in 133T bars. (you can use a different time scale if you want) You can replay the chart in actual or double speed. Now I can trade on the weekends!... www.ensignsoftware.com BTW...I'm not affliated with ensign in any way. Just thought some of you might appreciate the info.
Where you been, breakout? That's been there for quite a while. And it does work wonderfully for "realtime" backtesting. There are a lot of playback files on the dacharts.com site also.
