Kudlow Report Bank failures a good thing

Can't believe my ears, flood of bank failures a good thing, after all the FDIC has everyone insured.

 

If Kudlow found out he had aids he would say "I'm glad I have aids, it's good for the drug companies profits and the start of a new bull market"

 

Kudlow is mentally ill in exactly the way you ascribe.
