i had 5+ handles in palm of my hand but couldn't get filled then i refused to take 3+ because of stubbornness, ended up with ziltch

What are you looking for when you go long or short? I know you trade on price action, but watching the NQ (1 min chart) I don't see any HH, LL etc. Just real choppy up and down almost in a range.

i agree this is VERY difficult trading due to the choppiness. I also look for HH and LL for overall trend but my trades are (almost) all ultimately picked off price action. It is hard to put into words
