My rules are- Wal-Mart for cleaning supplies and dog food. Krogers, Publix, or Piggly Wiggly for my groceries.
Well, having read, studied, and learned from about 4000 quarterly reports (+) over the last 35 years... I can safely assure you that Kroger's management is executing quite well or I would never have started this thread.
KR also took a real beating after earnings. I didn't get in at the bottom (never do, except by accident) but I went with a covered call. It has weeklies so you have some good versatility with expirations.
Exactly. If Trailerpark Ted were in the house, he could attest to the fact we've played KR quite a bit over the years. Know the stock well. And yesterday and today... it has been on sale bigtime for the astute investors out there that have a time-frame longer than 1 week and demand 30% in that week.
Yeah, but like you said, it's boring and the premiums on the weeklies certainly reflect that. It's no NVDA in any way shape or form.
What are you talking about? I recognize VZ as the symbol for Verizon. What is the magic pencil, and how is it relevant to KR?
sorry, I got 10 KR stocks for free when I opened tastyworks account in 2020, why would the broker picked that? Sold it for $1 a share gain I think.
