I've been watching his Twitch stream daily since feburary, and also watched a bunch of his old videos on youtube. I honestly believe he only reacts to what price has already done, not try to cause it to "do something"...manipulate it in some way.And I've never seen him trade a low liquidity stock period.

BTW the guy has been a pretty well-kept secret to this point and I was kinda hoping to keep it that way but I guess the cat's out of the bag(no pun intended). His Twitch stream viewership grows daily.

    Quite possibly!
But think outside the square, if you have a winning formula, you need to give the public a false impression.
    Trading is all about deception!!!
If anybody on ET has not figured that out yet, they are..... - dont know politely how to describe it. :)

Nah I think he just places a bet on a stock he thinks is about breakout and "go to the moon" and if that doesn't happen he quickly bails and moves on to the next trade. He tried that on GTEC this morning and it looks like that one is not going to work out for him. Dont know his entry price but I doubt he'll hold it over the weekend.

I believe in order to bring in outsized returns, there is more to it.
You need good equipment, good and extensive data and the ability to be able to pay for high end hardware + software.
These guys use stuff imo the general public do not have because financially its out of reach.

They are functional traders whereby most of us are dysfunctional.

Actually I think his set-up is pretty basic, something any schmuck could put together. The only time I get a little mad and resentful towards the guy is because of his large account he is able to locate(pre-locate?) shares to short that I cant.A special privilege as it were. I'm sure he pays a fortune in fees to his broker for that privilege though.

There's a huge thinktank of brilliant brains attempting trading, only a handful so to speak pull off huge returns and keep it.
Buffett for example has a huge following of cultists and again, only a few people can replicate anything near what he accomplished.
Perhaps it's a genius trading brain is what it is which sees things in another realm us mortals can't.

Isn't it strange that those who succeed seem to do things that everyone else wouldn't. Duh

There is nothing admirable about that, humans are wired to be sheep.
Think about all the world leaders, those at the top of the pecking order, most are tyrants.
