My charts are flat for the first hour of trading. Anyone else having the same problem

Its weird Its flat from 9:05 to 10:00 and then its fine
Pretty sure the trading hours are 10am-4.15pm so the market closed at the above times!!
Nah you are an hour out, anyhow it shows data for the first 5mins
