I trade from home with a 3 and 5 year old and a stay at home wife. My office is in the basement, seperate from the rest of the house. The whole family knows that when dad's working, he cannot be disturbed. Sometimes my kids will come to show me a picture they've drawn or something, and I look at it and tell them it's very nice and I'll come see the rest of their drawings when I'm done work. It's just a house rule and has been that way since day one. You just need to be consistent with it. Unless you are trading longer time frames, I don't know how else you could do it, there is just too many things to pay attention to.
