no doubt... the gay/ pedo connection is a challenging one. Especially in hollywood, churches, sports, schools. I know that probation officers will tell you that when kids are assaulted their sexual orientation is challenged. Which most people might think... soley gay or straight... but it also means the child may turn into a molester themselves. I believe the challenge comes about because when minors are attacked sex can morph into a penetrator vs penetrated view point. Today, Cape and Island District lawyer Michael O’Keefe said in court documents that they were dropping the charge “due to an unavailability of the complaining witness.” The hearing at which the accuser testified came days after the man abruptly dropped a lawsuit he had just recently filed against the actor that sought damages for “severe and permanent mental distress and emotional injuries.” The suit was dismissed “with prejudice,” meaning it cannot be refiled.
