    Not sure what you mean. As a reference point 100g = 3.53oz. To reverse those numbers, I normally eat 16oz ribeyes a few times a week which equals 454g each.

    Sure easy enough to convert but why put it in those terms (not you, the tweeter).

    Produce is sold by the oz/lbs.

    Anyway I'm a believer in nutrient dense food (nutrients/calories) being the key to a long healthy life and anything beyond that in moderation.
