Ken Berry is an odd sort, exudes homespun wisdom, and very popular with about 3.5 million Youtube subscribers. I have learned quite a bit from him over the last couple years, and while I don't take everything he says as the final word he's a good counterpoint to much of the traditional (and governmental) food/diet narrative. A few years ago he wrote a very well received and rated book Lies My Doctor Told Me.
No! Not Ken Berry. I don't like Berry at all. (Please remove that reference from the post you quoted. In retrospect, I can see that my comment was not clear. I gather you will then "unlike" that post. ) I like the Haircafe guy's style of presentation. He packs his videos with solid information and doesn't just amble on in an "aw shucks" manner, unnecessarily prolonging a video beyond the critical information content. But he does add some wit.
Thx for the clarification, and your wish is my command. Didn't say it did. And if you have any of those handy McGill studies that show another diet has oftentimes reversed Type 2 diabetes, etc. then you've got my attention.
Nothing I came across at first blush from McGill, but there are other sources: https://www.nnmc.com/about/blog/can...tyle changes such,or managing type 2 diabetes. https://www.diabetes.org.uk/about-d... healthy balanced, foods high in saturated fat. And so on.
