    I take that every day. Though I'm not sure I take 800mg in the morning. I take it twice a day. Still had the palpitations and it wasn't fun. The afib also. I think I'm depleting something else. I replace magnesium, potassium...

    Just checked, it's 200mg per serving, I take one in the morning and one in the evening. You're saying to double that?
