  3. Yeah I dont feel the need to fast intermittently while doing Keto...I might adjust calories up or down. 5 weeks out of the country and still holding 216-217 lbs.

Found a Cross Fit gym here and worked out Thu and Fri and have another one Monday before I return to States on Tuesday and then get back to normal working out. Diet has held me steady despite some cheats here and there.

Oh and fuck you french baguettes..was at a French restaurant and there it was in the middle of the table...warm....so soft that it collapsed under just one finger...and with some butter....holy crap...was worth it...

I do 40 minutes on the Concept2 rower. Down 400mg CoQ10 and lift until exhaustion. Even the appetite is attenuated by the exertion. Fresh bread is a killer.

  6. Has anyone come across any research suggesting any negative affects on liver or kidney function while on keto?

  7. One key part of keto is drinking plenty of water. For me at least 64 ounces a day, maybe more on days I exercise. This tends to avoid any kidney issues. As for liver not sure what issues unless you are talking about excessive proteins? I do not believe in the ad lib protein approach since excess protein can be converted to glucose. Key is getting more than enough water.
