Here's the short registered sex-offender provoking kyle before he was shot. "Shoot me "n****"

waiting on Kyle's priors as this is for some reason relevant to having the system railroad him

how mad are you some hard pipe hittin' brothers are gonna run train on Kyle's butthole?

that's a deflection, bringing up the perp's priors while you bring up the victim's priors is pointing out hypocrisy.

The kid was only 17 and not old enough to drive alone and across state lines.
    • If I was his parents, I'll be trying to find out who the hell drove him from Antioch, Illinois to Kenosha, Wisconsin (about 30 mins drive) to try to protect businesses that were not his.
Also, typically you're not old enough to own a firearm in Illinois. Its a state that prohibits ownership of a firearm under the age of 18 plus he may have carried that weapon across state lines...another crime.

Simply, he won't be able to claim self-defence considering he broke several weapons laws prior to arriving in Kenosha. Another issue, considering he wasn't old enough to purchase a weapon...the person that sold / gave Kyle the weapon is in deep water too considering Illinois typically gives the same penalty to someone that sold or gave a minor the firearm that was used in a shooting.

Looks like someone forgot to check his age and Kyle will most likely sing like a little bird to get whatever sentence reduced. Thus, others will fall and rightfully so.

Then again, what idiot (another criminal) without a firearm will then chase someone in the middle of the night...past curfew...chasing someone with a firearm ?

Answer - Those that saw how young Kyle was and thought he wouldn't shoot. All involved on both sides should get whatever the deserve by the law.

No pity for any of them...stupidity on both sides.

I thought that’s how we are supposed to justify the killing of someone under irrelevant circumstances. Like George Floyd.

There were multiple people with long rifles in the area. Nobody else, got shot except, those engaged in violence. Thugs just figured they will assault him because he was alone. They forget that he had a long rifle on himself. Anyone in his situation would have shot the thugs. This is not the first and certainly, will not be the last shooting. Businesses were destroyed, robbed and burned to the ground in Kenosha, WI. There are multiple victims of riots in this case. It wasn't the thugs.

    • Not Self-Defence
He wasn't alone. In fact, not old enough to drive nor old enough to carry a firearm.

Someone drove that teenager there and he probably got separated from a group of them.

Long rifle easily recognized and they probably chased him because they saw his baby face age and thought he wouldn't shoot or they thought he was an easy target to steal the weapon from.

In the old days, you don't chase someone that's armed with an assault rifle...usually its the other way around. Watch the video, he was surrounded / chased by others in which one hit him with what looks like a skateboard whom had attempted to pull the assault rifle away while Kyle was on the ground

Regardless, looks like those involved had no connection to the community of Kenosha unless they're the friend or relative of someone that lives there. Usually, they are the types of individuals (out of town agitators with no vested interest in the community) that will burn things down and shoot others during riots.
    • Shootings like this typically occurs with someone within a citizen militia that's untrained in urban warfare. The only training this teenager probably had was on some Call of Duty like video game.
Teenager was untrained and got himself involved in a situation after being abandon / separated by whomever took him there. Thugs in the wrong...Kyle (wannabe thug too) in the wrong.

No pity nor justification for any of them.

That's the tricky part of urban warfare...you do not know if those approaching you are on your side or a danger to you. Kyle was easily surrounded probably because he was in unfamiliar surroundings / roaming the street and those with skateboards didn't seem initially like a danger...reason why he was easily surrounded and will now spend a good portion of his life (prime years) in prison.

He should have just stayed in Antioch, Illinois to protect his own property instead of crossing state lines to look for a fight in a community he has no vested interest...that too is a thug mentality...not self-defence while out past curfew.

P.S. Green short sleeve shirt, white hat on backwards, purple latex gloves...pot belly with a lunch bag used as an ammunition pouch...hilarious.
