Blue line to orange line – Blue line is the standard VWAP & orange line (yellow on some charts) is the multi-day VWAP, normally anchored to the pre-market open of yesterday (prior-day VWAP). Or the day prior to your timeframe startTthe best trades are the earnings gap fades/reversals No holding overnight – Kenny doesn’t advocate holding overnight – stay liquid. Don’t hold through earnings – The best trades are the earnings gap fades/reversals – in the morning after earnings – often in the pre-market, before the regular market open. I dont think his strategy could be backtested in an automated fashion. I'm not sure most brokers have this "multi-day" vwap indicator or what exactly it is supposed to be measuring... But kenny's strategy deals with earnings gaps. That would have to be some very sophistocated backtesting software
