Well probably not......... in this environment where everything comes down to a onesided vote, but the fact of the matter is the democrats chose to open this jar, and now its about to bite them in the ass.
President of the United States Senate. As President of the Senate (Article I, Section 3, Clause 4), the vice president has two primary duties: to cast a vote in the event of a Senate deadlock and to preside over and certify the official vote count of the Electoral College. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vice_President_of_the_United_States
Wish i could give you two likes on this one, but under senate rules, that Harry Reid set, i will just wait till pence votes in the 5th conservative justice of the supreme court.
Its strange how even my broken understanding of the senate from canada, which comes from years of trading U.S. stocks..... and living in the U.S. still "Trumps" any understanding you have.

What will be enlightening is the GOP losing the Senate and the House come November 6. "From what you've read" you came the the simple majority conclusion? Brilliant. The GOP was obstructionist and filibustered every nomination. It was Reid's only hope of moving judges through the system. You shouldn't have "liked" my post if you're such an expert. Hatch is the acting Pres, hence "Pro Tempore"
Wm Womp Womp Womp...... Trying to add some levity to the thread..... lol dont want anyone to listen to the whole video, but the "Womps" are pure.
