    So when a leftist starts spouting illogical leftist crap like this... it no longer matters.

    Arguments will be decided on precedent and the constitution again.
    The court may agree illegals should be counted. I will know that the decision was a legit decision and not just an activist decision.

    Not everyone agrees with your opinion that bringing citizenship into the census is a bad idea. I think you would be hard pressed to find a supporter to bringing back lead paint, which is why the comparison is nothing at all similar.
