Did you see her nomination hearing? Was there any display of temper? Were there any partisan conspiracy theories thrown into the air? Did RBG ever display such disdain, however muted, towards any other presidential candidate of either party in her many years on the bench? No? Then it must really mean something. Do you have a clue? Where can you get one? Will it be compatible? So many questions.
I agree with the prosector they brought in from Arizona, in regard to the assertion that it is a he said/she said case. Her statement below: A “he said, she said” case is incredibly difficult to prove. But this case is even weaker than that. Dr. Ford identified other witnesses to the event, and those witnesses either refuted her allegations or failed to corroborate them. For the reasons discussed below, I do not think that a reasonable prosecutor would bring this case based on the evidence before the Committee. Nor do I believe that this evidence is sufficient to satisfy the preponderance-of-the-evidence standard.
If this was Ford at the party, I would be more inclined to believe her. But it wouldn't change anything.
You gotta be shiiting us. Ginsburg flat out stated that she would move to New Zealand if a certain candidate were elected.
So unless a woman is stunning she doesn't count? Because you don't respect women regardless of whether you may actually believe them? Got it. It's good that you're coming to terms with how you feel. Be sure to tell someone who cares.
You didn't actually read the post you quoted, did you? (Of course not; that would display cognition.)
