Maybe he should agree to an FBI investigation to clear his good name? I know I'd be pissed and insist on it. I'd imagine the public having their doubts would champion his insistence too.
Because im not fucking guilty, nor is he........Why would i claim to be guilty of some crime when there is "Overwhelming evidence to the contrary?" Its a simple question it gets a simple answer...... No one here has attempted to lie nor have they attempted deflect...... on the other hand someone has tried to invent some "Rainbows" where the supreme court wont end up in Conservative control. I'd be willing to bet any amount of money.... Had 10 years ago Cavanaugh subtly written something in some law review about how he "tended to side with" the Court on Roe-v-Wade....and I mean it could have been subtle as f*ck.... today would have never happened. Make no mistake about it.... when it comes to R-v-W.... the casualty count matters not. Anybody can be thrown under the bus for "the greater good". Today many lives were forever damaged in its wake. On both sides.

This is a dangerous precedent if allowed to stand! Imagine any woman even for spite, your ex can accuse you of rape and other crimes and not have to prove it? Let that sink in! If that is the new norm, your children and grandchildren and their children as well could be accused and would not even be allowed to defend themselves but, just be locked up in jail! Or they can accuse you of physical abuse and take all your assets and again put your ass in jail without even an opportunity to defend yourself? How can you when you are already judged guilty on the spot! This is what communist leaders do to their political opponents to silence them! Make up bogus charges, then, lock your enemies in jail under the contrived charges!
