And here we go....If the Dem's can't win an election, can't stop a SCOTUS appointment by underhanded means, they'll resort to openly breaking the law trying get their way. https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2018...ng-dc-disruption-ahead-kavanaugh-confirmation Liberal activists are planning to disrupt the confirmation hearing for Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, according to journalists Paul Sperry and Jack Posobiec. Sperry reports: "Protesters from several radical leftwing activist groups, including Cntr for Popular Democracy,Women's March, Indivisible, Moveon.org &Housing Works, are being bussed into DC to march on the Senate next week & disrupt any vote on Kavanaugh. They're meeting tonight (Sun) at 7:30 PM for training at St. Stephens of Incarnation Church, 1525 Newton Street NW in the Mount Pleasant area of DC. This church will also provide lodging for the rable and act as their staging ground throughout the week. Protesters' jail bail, legal fees & transportation being paid for by these leftist groups, many of which are funded by liberal mega donor George Soros and are desperate to derail President Trump's conservative SCOTUS nomination.
Oh lord, George Soros is in my closet. Can we put a fork in this guy now? https://www.newyorker.com/news/news...rett-kavanaughs-college-years-deborah-ramirez Senate Democrats Investigate a New Allegation of Sexual Misconduct, from Brett Kavanaugh’s College Years The New Yorker contacted Ramirez after learning of her possible involvement in an incident involving Kavanaugh. The allegation was conveyed to Democratic senators by a civil-rights lawyer. For Ramirez, the sudden attention has been unwelcome, and prompted difficult choices. She was at first hesitant to speak publicly, partly because her memories contained gaps because she had been drinking at the time of the alleged incident. In her initial conversations with The New Yorker, she was reluctant to characterize Kavanaugh’s role in the alleged incident with certainty. After six days of carefully assessing her memories and consulting with her attorney, Ramirez said that she felt confident enough of her recollections to say that she remembers Kavanaugh had exposed himself at a drunken dormitory party, thrust his penis in her face, and caused her to touch it without her consent as she pushed him away. Ramirez is now calling for the F.B.I. to investigate Kavanaugh’s role in the incident. “I would think an F.B.I. investigation would be warranted,” she said.
This whole republican contortion to appease is about one thing and that one thing is they don't currently have the votes to confirm. Three repub senators are in play. Scratch that, two are in play. Flake is a no vote. His entire future depends on a no vote. A yes vote destroys any acceptance by his beloved democratic party so he's out. Collins and Murkowski are in play and they're being thrown the bone of okay, we'll twist ourselves up like a pretzel to appease the leftists so you two had have some political cover. Collins will most likely vote yes after the appeasement tour, but Murkowski is another story. Right now I'd put her leaning with the radical left and the only way she comes back right is with plenty of backroom deals which will enrich her both politically and personally, or if this Ford broad actually does some on screen interviews and comes off looking like a total loon. I can't imagine any downside for her or the lefties if she has an interview with say a Rachel Maddow, if she has any credibility at all. Most likely she's nuts and they're terrified she goes off on some lunatic diatribe and that queers the deal. There's also the high probability that she was a free wheeling party girl that had more than her share of joy juice shot in her direction. This is also likely while she'll never testify and why so much effort has been put into scrubbing her past and current life from all media. Nothing but bullshit piled high.
Kavanaugh’s likely response: 1. I wasn’t at the party. 2. If I was at the party, it wasn’t on my calendar. 3. I don’t have a penis.
Kavanaugh's response will be more like... “I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”
LOL, he will be lucky to keep his job at the appellate court now. And if Republicans do rush to get this rapist in, Dems will have full license to stack the court with 11 judges when they get the chance. After all that talk of 'anti-establishment', seeing you cucks gloat over a Bush lackey is hilarious enough.
This thread is about this allegation concerning Kavanaugh. It's in the thread title for goodness's sake. And then you pile on with this garbage about a Minnesota state rep. You could have just as well said that this was concerning two different accused denying unproven charges against them. But since the MN state rep is a republican, you think it's fitting to make a gratuitous announcement. You're the problem as you are disingenuous at best.
