Kamala the Clown

Discussion in 'Politics' started by TreeFrogTrader, Jun 29, 2019.

  1. Not sure what planet this CNN babe is on (see quote section below), but Kamala has not been a top tier candidate for a long time. The top tier candidates are Biden, Warren, Bernie, and BootyBoy.

That was true when Skank was in the race, and true now that she has dropped out.

Also, if anything, Skank was brought down by a young woman of color- ie. Surfer Girl, so it is hard to make a case that the old white boy system just ganged up on her.

“Incredible news today, Kamala Harris dropping out of the 2020 race,” Keilar said as the news broke. “That was a really interesting point … this becomes an older and whiter field for the top tier candidates.”

Tulsi Gabbard is that good of a candidate on the Democrat side. However, she is not a radical Socialist or Communist and not a Globalist lackey either. None of the remaining so called top candidates come close. Not Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren nor Pete Buttigieg. Unfortunately, for the Democrats, the Globalist Wing have already chosen Hillary Clinton for a 2nd try.

  4. Skankala believes that her razzing of Kavanaugh was a real feather in her cap so she is looking forward to returning to that type of drama.

    It's what losers do.

She will probably lose her next Senate race in California. Probably to Adam Schiff. They are all working their own little personal dramas.

Trump should just fire back and say "well, it's not like you have anything else to do now, is it?"

Kamala Harris zings Trump after he mocks her 2020 race exit: 'I'll see you at your trial'

  5. Lefty media channels are struggling hard to figure out how to process this situation where the party of diversity has no candidates now who are "of color" - at least at debate level.

They are angry as hell but don't know who to blame it on. Seems like it should be the republicans, or old white politics. That's their go-to position on things, but it is the dem party. They are supposed to be the go-to solution for all of that.

Some of these clowns are coming dangerously close to suggesting that - instead of a merit system- there should be affirmative action or something to make sure all minorities are represented.

They are trying the "we are not billionaires like the rest" routine. And that works a little. Except Obama did not start as a billionaire, and bernie built his way up with small donations, Booty is not a billionaire etc. Even the lefty LA Times dinged Kamala for saying she was not a billionaire and did not have the money to continue. They pointed out that she has no money because she has no traction or supporters. Duh.

Booker and Kamala are black- kinda anyway- except blacks are/were not supporting them. Whose fault is that? Castro is hispanic but has almost zero hispanic support while Bernie has over 34% hispanic support in a couple polls. Whose fault is that? DNC picking on Castro, or billionaires, or old white guys. I am looking at you Castro Boy. You is a dud. Castro says (below) the media is pushing a double standard for candidates of color. Sounds zippy and from the progressive script, but what the hell does it mean? I am game, someone offer up some examples of what that looks like. Malarkey.

The Dem Party is in a little pickle right now. Every bone in their body wants to lash out at the current slate of candidates but they are the only horses they have to ride through the election cycle. Not pretty.
    =====================================================
Twitter, reflecting on one of the most initially diverse fields in history has dwindled: “We're spiraling toward a debate stage without a single person of color.”

Former Housing and Development Secretary Julián Castro echoed Booker’s sentiments, arguing coverage of Harris’ campaign was “grossly unfair and unfortunate.” Pointing to stories by The Washington Post, POLITICO and The New York Times, Castro decried the media for pushing a “flawed formula” of electability that subjects women and candidates of color to a double standard.

“Our party’s diversity is our strength, and it’s a shame that we’re headed for a December debate without a single person of color,” Castro later tweeted.

Aside from Booker and Castro, the other nonwhite candidates in the race — entrepreneur Yang, Gabbard and former Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick — have not hit the DNC's polling and donor thresholds. Four white men and two white women have qualified: Former Vice President Joe Biden, South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg, billionaire Tom Steyer, and Sens. Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders and Amy Klobuchar.

While Democrats expressed concern about the narrowing field's dwindling diversity, some Republicans took to Twitter to mock that fear. Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney quoted a tweet listing the all-white candidates on the December stage with the quip: “You forgot about Pocahontas,” invoking President Donald Trump's nickname for the 2020 candidate.

Warren apologized earlier this year for identifying as Native American earlier in her career.

Kamala has/had money issues because Perez bent to the Bernie/Warren wing and stopped joint fundraisers during the primaries. It was a stupid move and the candidates along with the DNC are falling further behind the money race to Trump and the RNC because of it.

  7. I see that Booker is making a last ditch effort to buy some black votes.

These clowns all bitch about money and billionaires. Meanwhile they are trying to use billions of taxpayers' dollars to finance their personal plans.

You know, a hundred billion here, and a hundred billion there and pretty soon you are taking real money.

  8. Yeh, well I accept that as a legit argument, but also accept the LA Times - that old right wing paper- argument that she is just a shitty candidate and that fundraising seems to follow for good candidates and not shitty ones. Plenty of problems to go around so others can throw out theories and arguments and those can all be true too.

I argued from the beginning that she was just plain stupid and that eventually it would catch up with her. Certainly plenty of truth to that. I have no reason to revise that in retrospect.

And Elderado used to argue that she had a Hillary-like cackle that would eventually bring her down. Yup. I would not want to be the one to argue against that theory either.

I dont buy Castro Boy's argument she got a raw deal from the media which allegedly treated minorities differently. Au contraire, the lefty media went through a long period of promoting her as the Black Obama but could not get lift off. Kamala's sister Maya was an Msnbc anchor/contributor whatever and they humped for Team Kamala 24/7 until they had nothing to work with anymore.
