Kamala is ambigious because she doesn't have a plan to fix inflation and the borders. They are complicated problems. Trump claims he has a plan. His plan is "Only I can fix it." and when he can't (because they are complicated problems) he will just blame Obama or the immigrants he was unable to block from entering.
