First off, best practices suggests you should always ask yourself your own question before asking others that question. There are several pathways I could follow to answer your question. I will choose a basic path here. Basically, you are asking for a credibility statement. Proof or at least some evidence that my posts, my thoughts, have merit. I can talk about my process oriented thinking, my exceptional visualization skills, my ability to connect information on various levels, and my occasional ability to communicate complex ideas into easier to understand terms. But at a more basic level, each post we make should stand or fall based on it’s ability to either trigger someone elses ideas or provide an insight the reader did not have before. I believe social media is at its best when people honestly express their feelings, experience, viewpoints, and knowledge. We then can compare viewpoints or notes, as it were, and reach higher levels of understanding than if we were without that interaction. The key is honesty. Honesty with ourselves and with others. Another key is for us to respect what each of us post as each one of us has different experiences, perceptions, and attributes, unless that poster has impeached themselves through a series of disingenuine posts. Trying to put yourselves in the shoes of another helps in understanding where they are coming from. Being humble and open minded that we could be wrong and that most often we only see part of the picture is helpful in developing a receptive mind, a solid and wider perspective on the issues. Back to politics. I like both Trump and Kamala. I can be, and am, critical of both. Trump has valuable strengths that are needed in a post Obama world. Kamala has needed strengths as we continue to see our culture transition from the present to the future. Both individuals also have serious flaws that impedes their effectiveness. These flaws should be examined critically. Excuse me, I see I’ve left out Joe and Mike. Hi, Joe! Hi, Mike! Honesty. Honesty and good character. These are the most important keys for social media to reach its highest potential to create accountability as well as valuable input for our leaders. Care to answer your own question?
AUGUST 12, 2020 I DON’T HATE BLACK OR WOMEN CANDIDATES, BUT KAMALA HARRIS IS RUNNING FOR VICE PRESIDENT AND MY HEAD JUST EXPLODED by DEVORAH BLACHOR I don’t hate women candidates. I just hated Hillary Clinton because she’s a Pizzagate Benghazi warlord with a satanic clone double, and I coincidentally hated Elizabeth Warren because she’s a lying coastal elite Antifa socialist who earned money as a lawyer and dominated her marine sex slave lover. And I don’t hate Black candidates but, of course, I hated Obama, on account of the tan suit. But now Joe Biden announced his running mate and it’s Kamala Harris, and my head just exploded. Before you judge me, let me assure you that I am a totally open, measured, logical thinking kind of man. Imagine if Elon Musk and Jordan Peterson had a Ben Shapiro love child with Milo Yiannopoulos as their magical nanny. That’s who I am. Just an ordinary fair-minded red-pill-popping free-thinker whose head just fragmented into a gazillion pieces. I’m no racist. In fact, I’m the second-least racist person I know after Donald Trump, who is so un-racist that he’s helping put Kanye West on the ballot. I have no problem with the Blacks, so long as they don’t advocate for their rights at sporting events or at protests or by writing about the embarrassing and oppressive aspects of American history — another thing that makes my cranium go kablooey. I love Black candidates! My splintered brain is completely specific to Kamala Harris, for measured and well-thought-out reasons, like the fact that she wasn’t truthful about listening to Tupac. As for those who think knee-jerk misogyny is responsible for my reaction, you couldn’t be more mistaken. I’m a champion of women — of all women. I am the father of a daughter and the brother of a sister and the grandson of a grandmother and the son of a mother who I secretly hate. “Bring on the lady candidates!” is something I say all the time. But Kamala isn’t a lady. I don’t mean that she’s secretly a man like Hillary, but she’s unsuitable to hold power because she sought power. And she never even expressed remorse for it, an outrage that shattered my skull to smithereens. Holy cow! My three-year-old just looked up from his Magna Doodle and asked, “How can liberals and progressives not care that Kamala is a cop?” Yes! My non-imaginary child really said that! Did I mention that Kamala is a cop and that this talking point is totally not a contrived and bot-driven narrative that was pushed by people who are scared of her? So if you’re a liberal-leaning fellow who can’t quite put your finger on why your own head is exploding, feel free to latch right onto that as your reason for disliking Kamala. Look. If there’s one thing we can learn from Harris’s many accomplishments — as a district attorney, state attorney general, and a U.S. senator, she advocated for LGBTQ rights, immigrant rights, women’s rights, victim’s rights, helped defend Obamacare, worked for website data collection transparency, and consistently supported a progressive agenda — it’s that she’s too ambitious. What’s more, Kamala Harris is too left-wing and also too right-wing. She’s too Black, but she’s also not Black enough. She’s too angry, and I don’t like how she has money. She’s dated men and her campaign was flawed, and she’s an authoritarian, and something about Sean Hannity and a Twitter official? And those are only the things I managed to think of today, but believe me, I will think of many more bad things in the coming days and weeks and months, and there will be articles and op-eds and exhausting and unending social media discussions about these things, and these things will trend more and more as the election approaches, until there is a crescendo of unbridled hatred directed at this woman for no good reason. Don’t ask me how I know that will happen. It’s just a hunch. And you know what the sad thing is? I was actually thinking about voting for Joe Biden. Sure, he’s no successful businessman, but he’s likable and I get tired of the endless Trumpworld drama. But now that my gray matter is shredded to bits because the thought of Kamala Harris as vice president has short-circuited my entire central nervous system, I can’t vote for her. What will become of this country?
Ha ha, yuck yuck. Are you ok? Seriously? We can get through this together. I was joking about Kamala. No, really. I just wanted to test the love for her. Mutual love for her. Kamala would never do anything wrong, even if she could. There. All better now? Other great hits by this epic writer include: Blachor, Devorah (24 October 2014). The claim that two white guys wearing MAGA hats attacked Smollet at 2 am in Chicago with -20 degree temps and shouted "This is MAGA country!". Is that the claim you are referring too? BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
I'm fine, coincidentally had a law and order issues today and hurt my hand dealing with a guy who did not get the message a while back. He got the message today. I have to wonder though, who comes back to the same neighbourhood after being waterboarded for over 10 minutes with the slit open belly of his fighting dog? I'm mean really who does not get the message, he had acid burns on his face from the dog's guts. I thought putting the dog down with Euthasol (very dangerous dog) first was cold and clinical scary.. Me and my buddy who makes Tuco from Breaking Bad seem well adjusted and he came back? It's a crazy world, maybe you need to be crazy to be normal in it.
America, you have have a racist, athiest, sexist, transphobic, narcissistic crook who has locked children in cages, let a pandemic run rampant and conspired to actively undermined the democratic foundation of the country as your President. You could do a lot worse for a VP. Public defender: I worked with Kamala Harris. She was the most progressive DA in California. I grappled with this idea of defending a former prosecutor for a long time, but I have to say what I feel is right to set the record straight on Harris. NIKI SOLIS | OPINION CONTRIBUTOR There has been much talk about the time Sen. Kamala Harris spent as a prosecutor. As a public defender for 24 years, I examined, critiqued and battled Harris when she was the San Francisco district attorney. And more often than not, Harris and I were on opposite sides. Having had this experience, I feel compelled to speak on Harris’ record while she was a district attorney. Simply put, Harris was the most progressive prosecutor in the state. This is not an anecdotal opinion. It is based on facts. As San Francisco DA, Harris refused to seek the death penalty — even on a case where a very respected police officer was tragically killed. Marijuana sales cases were routinely reduced to misdemeanors. And marijuana possession cases were not even on the court’s docket. They were simply not charged. Unless there was a large grow case, or a unique circumstance, this was the reform-minded approach then-DA Harris’ office took. The accusations about marijuana prosecutions being harsh during her tenure are absurd. The reality was quite the opposite. Trafficking fight and 'Back on Track' Sen. Harris’ progressive approach did not end with marijuana prosecutions or lack thereof. She co-founded the Coalition to End the Exploitation of Kids. She then spearheaded a task force combating the human trafficking of girls. Upon her invitation, I went to the task force meetings to speak on behalf of one of my juvenile clients. My client, a beautiful teenage girl, had aspirations of joining the military. She was selling her body to earn money when her life was cut short; she was found dead in a San Francisco dumpster. Sen. Kamala Harris, D-Calif., left, and Niki Solis, a deputy public defender in San Francisco HARRIS, GETTY IMAGES. SOLIS, CAROLINE TUDOR PHOTOGRAPHY Harris and I talked about my client and the exploitation of young girls happening on a constant basis. Unlike her predecessors, she did something about it. She stopped prosecuting young girls for prostitution — acknowledging that they were victims who needed treatment for trauma and not criminals who needed to be incarcerated. Harris also formalized a court for young adults charged with felonies that resulted in them avoiding a conviction and getting a second chance. She brought in a stalwart progressive community organizer by hiring Lateefah Simon to lead that initiative, a diversionary program called Back on Track that set nonviolent offenders on a path to a new job and helped them rebuild within their communities. Back on Track still exists today and has been a pathway for many young adults to avoid the ravages of a felony conviction or incarceration. Harris programs adopted statewide There are many who will criticize me for this piece, but I feel compelled to speak out. Although we as public defenders may have disagreed with Harris at times or wanted more from her office, there is no one who can say that there was a more progressive district attorney in California than Kamala Harris. She implemented and expanded programs that are now the staple of many DA offices up and down the state. Just last month in California, Santa Clara County DA Jeff Rosen said he would no longer seek the death penalty. This comes 16 years after Harris took the same stance in San Francisco. Kamala Harris: COVID-stricken USA is desperate for a strong leader. Instead we have Trump. For those who have heard contrary arguments about Harris’ past work as a prosecutor, rest assured that you are hearing this from someone whose life’s work has been dedicated to the cause of equality and justice. I am the chair of the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office Racial Justice Committee and have scratched and clawed for some semblance of justice in our courts for well over two decades. I grappled with this idea of defending a former prosecutor for a long time, but Harris is more than that. I have to acknowledge the truth and say what I feel is right to set the record straight. Should Joe Biden decide not to select Kamala Harris as a running mate, her track record as San Francisco district attorney should certainly not be one of the reasons. Hurt your hand? Sorry to hear that. Did the guy walk into your fist a few times? He got the message today. How can you really ever be sure? I have to wonder though, who comes back to the same neighbourhood after being waterboarded for over 10 minutes with the slit open belly of his fighting dog? Someone who needs to be told twice? I’m glad I’m not this guy. Don’t mind me, just changing my underwear. A little soiled. It happens. Please continue. I'm mean really who does not get the message, he had acid burns on his face from the dog's guts. I thought putting the dog down with Euthasol (very dangerous dog) first was cold and clinical scary.. There goes another pair. But please don’t think it’s you. It‘s me. Me and my buddy who makes Tuco from Breaking Bad seem well adjusted and he came back? Makes Tuco seem well adjusted? Ha! I knew to hold off before changing my underwear again! It's a crazy world, maybe you need to be crazy to be normal in it. I don’t let myself get too wrapped up in things, politically or otherwise. Afraid of what my dark side might bring. My real dark side. I suppose this makes me dishonest at my very core. But unless I’m fully committed to a cause, half measures will only get myself hurt.
Niki Solis, the undocumented transgender running for a political position in Kamala’s stomping grounds is merely talking her book. At least according to a unsecure website that would not fully load. If this description is accurate, it’s not exactly an unbiased opinion, is it?
An intellectual would probably admit they were wrong and denounce Jussie because it causes otherwise supportive people to suddenly look at these cases with a suspicious eye. The only thing worse than an actual crime like that is when someone lies about it.
