I don't know why I'm replying to this, but Joe Biden clearly said "I don't know what I'm signing," and then signs the executive order.


I suppose his handlers will be more careful about hiding this type of behavior in the future.

 

And.... It will make it much harder for Trump to repair all the Damage that Biden creates!

 

Yes, he says "I don't know what I'm signing," Kamala says something like "Just sign it," he signs the executive order, and we see more of the surrounding witnesses.
