K1's from Worldco

Anyone heard anything about our K1's?

 

Nope. I asked the same thing a week and a half ago.

 

I heard half past NEVER! I bet they are going to include the 1/3 capital that they never paid.

 

Did they actually file for bankruptcy protection?

 

don't think so.

 

Did anyone receive a k-1 from Worldco?

 

If they didn't file, my opinion is that you need to get three creditors together and force them into involuntary bankruptcy so a receiver will be appointed and an accounting made.

Of course, that's just one man's opinion. It's something I would have done months ago if I understand the situation correctly.
