  1. Again, the statute that was claimed to support the actions as treason were posted in the thread by someone else, just take a look...

Comey should have been fired for cause the first week the new President took office. Whether the new President was Clinton or Trump.

  4. Actually, wasn’t Comey fired because he was suspected of leaking unauthorized information to the press?

  6. It's kind of rough out in the jungle today for Trump, McCabe, Rosenstein etc but I sort of like the way the dynamics are shaping up. McCabe is saying a bunch of self-protection and provocative things to sell his book but his little book tour will do whatever it is going to do but it does not change any investigations pointed at McCabe and the FBI/Justice department are still looking for the designated scapegoats or two or three more anyway.

So let's see. Barr is coming in. You think he is buying any of McCabe bullshit? And Rosenstein- being the swampmeister and master survivior is still there and will influence things. Way to go Andy- accuse one of the guys who will be most influential with Barr in deciding who needs to be prosecuted of trying to overthrow the President and asking about wearing a wire. Have your little boot tour fun, Andy. Woe be unto thee in the long haul though, you dumphuk.

Barr is not an idiot and one of the things he will see right off is that McCabe had a pattern of acting alone and he is confirming that on his little book tour. Sure there is a lot of talk -true or untrue- about how allegedly there were circle jerk discussions about the 25th. So much bullshit there by McCabe and inner circle types that I am not going to weigh in. What is true though- and McCabe has confirmed it- is that McCabe and McCabe alone decided to open an investigation against the President of the United States- without consulation with anyone else in either the FBI or the larger DOJ. The acting alone there will set Barr's bullshit meter off bigtime. He had a major responsibility to bring his superiors into the loop, however closely guarded it had to be. Not good.

Next you go back and look at the dossier/fisa thing. Same thing. McCabe's freelancing and acting independently runs throughout that. Another area where he had an absolute obligation to get approval higher up on that. He defends himself by saying that both Comey and Rosenstein knew, and they say did not. I dont believe any of them but I do know that Comey has put Rosensteins arse in a sling reputationally/sp in a way that Rosenstein can only prevail by seeing that he is prosecuted for something, which would also add to McCabe's record of having been fired for perjury.

Andy thinks he is having a big ballsy day. Enjoy it while it lasts. He has put rosenstein in a very delicate position and I always bet on Rosenstein- the swampmeister- even though he should have locked up himself long ago.

Hope that book tour works out Andy because you are not going to be practicing law anytime soon. Y'all may recall those texts from Lisa to Loverboy about how Andy was taking early retirement to go into private practice to make some big bucks. So far, no retirement, no private practice. I only hope we can add no law license and no freedom to it.

Oh shit, the rats are running. As they say, he who rats first.....

    Rosenstein called McCabe a liar.

"As to the specific portions of this interview provided to the Department of Justice by '60 Minutes' in advance, the Deputy Attorney General again rejects Mr. McCabe's recitation of events as inaccurate and factually incorrect," A Justice Department spokesperson said in a statement.

  10. As predicted, if the dems took control of Congress and tried to shut down the FBI/Clinton investigation in the House, the investigation would suddenly migrate over to the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Well underway. Now if we could just get rid of Jeff Sessions..........
