  1. Texas: Appeal Court Says Children Should Not Have Been Removed From Polygamist Sect
    ---------------------

I read that. Nobody knows what the hell they are doing. Legis write poor law and leave it up to the courts to sort out, nothing new here. What are you going to do, put some committee in jail? The sheriff et al are not carrying a courtroom around in their glove box. They are not lawyers or judges. You want to put CPS in jail? Peoples lives get fked up because of some govt action? Join the club, eventually everyone gets a taste.

  2. ummm... both the sheriff and the judge knew the warrant was fraudulent and they moved forward with it.

in fact.. 3 days before the raid... they knew where the hoax call had come from. serious crimes.. time to pay.

  3. I said from the beginning there were serious constitutional issues with the way this was handled. Apparently there were issues under Texas law as well.

I think these families have a very good civil suit for violation of their rights under color of law. Damages could be substantial in light of all the chaos.

I'm sure there will be plenty of people who don't understand why I was against this. Basically, it was laid out by the appellate court. There have to be credible allegations of danger, not just that you don't like someone's approach to raising children or what they are being taught. That opens up a slippery slope for way too many people with out of the mainstream views. We know these child protective services people tend to be out of control nutcases with far left agendas. What's next? Seizing children because they were taught to be racially prejudiced? Or taught that homosexuality is wrong? I'm sure there are plenty of eager bureaucrats out there who would do just that.

  4. Gov Rick Perry who is a known criminal, is going to come under heavy fire for this debacle. i hope this ends his political career.

he is the snake that tried to poison every young girl in texas with cancer viruses. he also violated the logan act by arrogantly attending the globalist Bilderberg meeting.

he is a neocon gone wild and let's hope the grilling starts soon.

  5. Or taught that homosexuality is wrong?

    -----------------

Recent class assignment. A group of peers need to make a decision based on what is right and wrong scenario. Guess who made the right choice in the group? The homosexual!

    Interesting.

  6. I do not think anyone disagrees that the children being taken from thier home and seperated from their mothers was handled badly and in violation of civil rights.
What is forgotten is the people of the ranch have civil rights that are being viloated by the very system they live in on that ranch. But it is covered up by a self serving, hypocritcal, money making religious belief.
