Indeed. And that is pretty much what most of the dem candidates are saying too. We will see how it works out.
I think american psychiatrists must have probably seen their revenues go up since Trump's election... For the same reason, I think the American Psychiatric Association, being a "union-like" entity, should endorse Trump's campaign, since it would be in the interest of it's members... Sure, there will be probably be a rise in the suicide rate among people like the one who posted this in the case he gets reelected, but that will be a minor effect compared to the number of new patients + the older ones who will need to adjust the dose of their medication...
My take was that when Trump said he might not accept the outcome of the election that he was referring to the election process itself and the potential voter fraud and vote harvesting being conducted by the DNC. The "failure to accept" that I am talking about is a complete general rejection of the election outcome even if the election was legitimate as it was. I don't think Trump was declaring this kind of rejection of a legitimate outcome. For instance, quite a few here didn't like President Obama being elected (and reelected) but very few of us (republicans) completely rejected the Obama presidency. Some folks chased the birther nonsense but most of us just gritted our teeth and accepted Obama as President and Commander in Chief. So my apprehension is that whomever is elected President will not be accepted by the other side as legitimate and we will remain completely and dangerously polarized.
you're basically just saying if the Democrats had won it would be fraud, but because Trump won, it has to be legitimate.
So....your job is.... Des Moines growth and development reporter @DMRegister, covering @ewarren and @billdeblasio for #iacaucus, alumna of Iowa State. E-mail: knorvell@dmreg.com. And you tweet this: Ummmm....isn't that your damn job? How is it that if you're covering Elizabeth Warren for your damn job, you just happen to come across Elizabeth Warren buying some lemonade? And to think people read her crap. Wow. Journalism has sunk to a level no one could have even imagined.
