    Happy trails learner - some of my best learning was done at painful times far away from the market.

    Classic TA, well most of you know I am a fan of it. When combined with outstanding $ mgmt there is nothing like it.

    Did classic TA fail on this recent sell off? No, there were text books head & shoulder tops on some of the indexes & many of the leading stocks although somewhat short in duration. The neckline break is the point where the sell off went parabolic.

    Classic TA alone was never enough for me to remain profitable - I had to blow up before realizing the importance of risk/$ mgmt which I think is the most important thing for all traders.
