a movie I never got around to seeing... it seems like we're in 1985. LBOs up the wazoo, bull market, tons of junk debt flying around (albeit in a different guise, ie hedge funds floating bonds), etc. etc... pretty funny how it seems no time as much as now, especially with the round of commodity takeoff we've just had, is so similar to the mid 80s... the only thing we need now are 15% fed fund rates.
