The next Fibonacci number is 2584. This number is as relevant as Bernanke's, Yellen's and those esteemed economists' numbers.

Just remember 2008, many people ( except traders ) were retrenched / fired / out of job.

I remember people crying, committing murder-suicide.. young people.
Happens all the time, all over the world, just when it comes to us, it is somehow unique. Some even survived...

during those time, bosses took the opportunity to remove / fire redundant non performing workers & deadwoods.

    traders were the happy ones.

Plenty of traders got fired, too. As a whole, they underperform the market--even in bad times.

I vividly remember quite a few cases, like this one http://content.time.com/time/nation/article/0,8599,1848422,00.html
another one of a young couple, professionals with 2 kids, nurses - you cannot say unemployed, etc.
I personally talked out a broke ex-mortgage broker to commit... Crazy.

Foreclosure people did exceptionally well then, Maseratti just entered our market (or was it re-entered?), and they all drove brand new ones.
