    Our realtor said garage pics and closet pics are not usually included in listing photos.

    Not unless your garage and closet are something to brag about - which most aren't.

    Good ; + the palm trees look so cool:D:D
    Edit/ still a much better deal than renting from that time;
    and that assumes a good landlord, which may or may not have happened :caution::caution:

    Well, the drama continues. The buyer canceled the contract the day after he signed it. I guess here in Florida, a buyer has 10 days to cancel the whole deal for any reason and that's exactly what he did. The last we heard, he took his daughter to see it two days ago. My best guess is that she killed the deal somehow in some way. He had even scheduled an inspection for day after tomorrow.

    Super disappointing. So we're back on the market. :vomit::thumbsdown:

  8. :wtf: Shit happens...

    Maybe she convinced him to put a bit more money with the line "Why buy 10 rooms when you can buy 1000 rooms"? Lots of space to place your furniture here: https://www.foxbusiness.com/real-es...-sells-just-12-3m-auction-stunning-price-drop :)

  9. That sucks. We just sold our not close to 3 million dollar townhouse a week ago. Had multiple offers day one, sold for over asking, just inspected Saturday. Other than having to clean out dryer vent we're good.
    Building a new home which will make our 3rd move since 2020. Sold our house, bought a townhouse. Too small. Sold and bought bigger townhouse in 2022. We still miss a yard and having a house. Now building a new home and hoping this is it. After all these moves you'd think we'd have less stuff to move. Not so. Wife keeps Amazon in business.
    Hopefully you'll get a new buyer soon. The whole selling and buying a home has become a real pain in the ass experience since everything went on line. Fucking deluge of docusign day after day.:vomit:
