This just proves that China just won the trade war. I have said this over amd over. China will win this trade war and that's exactly what is happening. What are you eating? The world will suffer if the US signs anything with China. Best way to deal with China is to stop their flow of goods, bring it down to Zero. The world doesn't need anymore pollution dumped into our oceans or skies. The US should stop trade with any country that has lax EPA laws.
