    More people murdered in Chicago than soldiers in Afghanistan

    The per capita murder rate in the "bad" areas, is >50 per 100,000.

    That's how they relieve stress. Gives them some breathing room to deal with life the next day.

    How do you relieve stress? People may have dozens of options for stress relief not available to the bros and sistas in the hood.

    And although the sane among us may say "they beat them for fun" and that's what it looks like, to the perps it a release of anxiety. Sad situation.
