What point are you attempting to make? What is your opinion of Prado?

I just asked what E# is jeez..

When I started I did a thorough analysis of Williams, dad and daughter. And then once I had a concept of futures markets I built databases to find interaction/correlation/news patterns etc. I actually built a vrml model showing hundreds of instruments interacting like a huge river or ocean current. And I learned stuff and realised while using haptic sensors to feel volume and hear momentum was cute, I only needed two instruments in 2d. I also designed a bunch or bots... Bet that was hard for you. Mine work.

Now I could blow the minds of wannabe traders with my fancy VR systems and charge them 7 to 20 grand a pop selling that shit. But it is shit and I'm honest.

So I'm not going to be a puppy chasing some leader board dudes as a retail trader. I don't know what they do, I however do really well with stuff I saw for myself mostly.

But hey, you know what E# is and I don't do I'm just an amateur.

So, what is your opinion of Prado? What do you know about his background? Do you think that you are smarter than Prado? Are you a better at creating bots than Prado?

What is your opinion of Prado's paper completely supporting the public policy that a lockdown of 60 days is needed in the U.S. before "opening up"?

Most states have not even hit the 30 day mark yet for "stay at home".

I own an apartment near Prado Station on the metro here.. Have not started fixing it up yet...

I'm beginning to think you don't know what E# but you said that thing about Einstein.

OK, why are there traders who are I guess freaking amazing who bother with leader boards? If I had a reason to see them as more than odd fellows I'd look at Prado. How much money has he made in the past 12 months?

I know that GWB is a smart enough man. If he says prado said 60 days..

I really don't know. This is extremely hard to navigate and to create prescription for it.

I don't know about that completely supporting comment...
there seems to be some dissonance between your take and the abstract...

I am not saying you are wrong... maybe the abstract is?

"Universal lockdowns are a blunt tool that should be used tactically, for brief periods of time. In this study, we introduce a new mathematical model (called K-SEIR) to simulate the outcomes of lockdowns, and help evaluate various exit strategies. We demonstrate that targeted lockdowns can achieve better outcomes than universal lockdowns, in terms of (1) saving lives, (2) protecting the most vulnerable in society (the elderly, the poor), and (3) preventing the depletion of medical resources."

You are literally demonstrating you complete and total ignorance. How much did he make in the past 12 months? I have no idea. He is the CIO of TPT. TPT is currently engaged by clients with a combined AUM in excess of $1 trillion.

This is a link to his company's website. https://www.truepositive.com/

Here some return info for you. I am not sure how long he managed this fund.

Marcos also founded and led Guggenheim Partners’ Quantitative Investment Strategies business, where he managed up to $13 billion in assets, and delivered an audited risk-adjusted return (information ratio) of 2.3.

He probably made a shit ton when he sold some of his patents to AQR.

Marcos launched TPT after he sold some of his patents to AQR Capital Management, where he was a principal and AQR’s first head of machine learning.
