New video shows “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett and the Osundairo brothers, whom he claims attacked him, both walking down the same sidewalk — passing a loading dock within seconds of each other — at the time of the alleged incident.

The footage was obtained by Fox News from the Chicago Police Department through a Freedom of Information Act request.

Authorities told Fox that Smollett and the Osundairos are the ones seen on tape, with the brothers wearing hooded sweatshirts and the television star sporting the same white sweater he wore during the Jan. 29 “attack” — which cops have labeled as a hoax.

The video first shows Smollett leaving his luxury Chicago building before he heads to the Subway sandwich shop where he told investigators he went, according to police notes, which were also obtained by Fox.

The brothers can be seen walking around in the same area around the time of the alleged hate crime, cops said.

An unedited clip — captured from inside a nearby loading dock — shows the trio walking by separately, with the Osundairo brothers heading one direction and Smollett coming from the other just 27 seconds later. The brothers’ lawyer, Gloria Schmidt, confirmed to Fox that they are the pair from the video.

One of them can be seen wearing a red-brimmed hat that he was spotted wearing inside of the hardware store where the supplies for the “attack” were purchased.

“Two subjects now known to be [redacted] and [redacted] enter the store and purchase several items, which included gloves, face masks and a red hat,” Chicago police reportedly stated in their notes.

Smollett, 37, has repeatedly insisted that he’s innocent. He was arrested and charged with filing a false police report, however, his case was later dropped.

The actor’s PR team told TMZ that the new footage obtained by Fox is edited together and doesn’t have a time stamp. They also pointed out how the Osundairo brothers were never caught on camera with him.

The Smollett case is being investigated again by a Cook County special prosecutor following its controversial dismissal by State Attorney Kim Foxx. Many people believe — including police officials — that she botched the initial probe and allowed a guilty man to walk free.

Smollett was allowed to walk free after agreeing to forfeit his $10,000 bail and perform community service.
