Another false comparison. Trump was not indited by a grand jury. Smollet was, based on a fraction of the evidence they had against him. Barr is not a deputy of a recused AG. He IS the AG, who has summarized a report by an investigator who himself says there was no collusion. Smollet was cleared by a deputy of a recused AG with connections to Obama, and some kind of lone wolf judge, who sealed the evidence despite objections by chief of police and mayor of Chicago. Totally different thing.
